| Pre-adoptive birth certificate (your own) | 10 working days |
| Pre-adoptive birth certificate (someone else's) | 3 months |
| Status of children search | 10 working days |
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. The timeframes above do not include delivery times for certificates.
