Complain about your utility provider
If you have a problem with your electricity, gas or water provider, or access to shared property for fibre broadband installations, you can make a complaint.
Complain to your utility provider first
If you have a problem with your utility provider talk to them first. They have 20 working days to resolve the complaint with you.
If your problem is not resolved
If you’re not happy with the resolution offered by your utility provider, you can make a complaint with the free and independent Utilities Disputes resolution service.
If you’re still not happy
The Utilities Disputes Commissioner can make a recommendation that is binding.
